Dr. Curtis approaches care with warmth, cultural awareness, and a deep respect for each client’s lived experience. Her work is grounded in supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds—including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and military and veteran communities.
She integrates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and person-centered techniques to support both practical growth and deeper understanding. This approach allows space to honor your story while building tools that help you move forward with clarity and intention
Everyone deserves access to quality mental health support. Dr. Curtis believes that financial concerns should not be a barrier to receiving care and is committed to providing options that help make therapy more accessible. Self-pay counseling sessions are available for $120 per session.
Dr. Curtis also accepts a variety of insurance plans through multiple insurance networks, helping many clients reduce their out-of-pocket costs. For individuals experiencing financial hardship, a limited number of sliding scale appointments are available. Because these openings are limited, prospective clients are encouraged to contact the office directly to discuss current availability and determine whether they may qualify.
If you have questions about cost, insurance, or scheduling, we're happy to help you explore your options and determine the best path forward.
